Downtown LA

Downtown LA

Downtown Los Angeles is the central business district of Los Angeles, California, as well as a diverse residential neighborhood of some 50,000 people. Hancock Park and Larchmont have remained stylish without being hipster, quaint without being too cutesy and affluent without pretention. The district is home to over 500,000 jobs. Downtown Los Angeles today is composed of different areas ranging from a fashion district to a skid row, and it is the hub of the city’s Metro rapid transit system. Old buildings are being modified for new uses, and skyscrapers have been built. Downtown Los Angeles is known for its government buildings, parks, theaters and other public places.

Downtown Los Angeles offers world class attractions, incredible restaurants, a thriving nightlife and walkable streets. The spectacular L.A. LIVE entertainment complex includes popular attractions such as the GRAMMY Museum, Lucky Strike Lanes and Regal Cinemas. STAPLES Center is home to the Lakers, Clippers, Kings and Sparks, and also hosts major concerts. The stunning Walt Disney Concert Hall anchors the Music Center, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, Ahmanson Theatre and Mark Taper Forum.

The Museum of Contemporary Art houses an acclaimed permanent collection and rotating exhibits. Historic Exposition Park is home to the California Science Center, the California African American Museum, the LA Memorial Coliseum and Sports Arena, and the Natural History Museum. Search the best Downtown / LA Metro hotels and experience this vibrant region’s renaissance.

Clinton Wade and his associates have a boom and influx of clients interested in investing in the DTLA market, especially Millennials. The up and coming serge of Metropolis, South Park, and the desired walkability make this area a hit for home buyers and investors.
